Registration Procedure:  To secure your spot in class you would need to turn in your Registration Form and full tuition payment. Please note the dates you are registering for at the time of registration (see below for vacations/conflicts). Class spots are limited and are first come, first serve. 

Vacations/Conflicts:  Should you have a scheduled vacation and/or conflict within the month you are registering for, we are able to pro rate out the classes you will miss; however, these dates MUST be known and given to us at the time of registration in order for them to be pro rated out of your tuition. The cost per class is $40.

Cancellation & Make Up Policy:  If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you must notify X-treme Gymnastics a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. NO CALL/NO SHOW = NO MAKE-UP CLASS. Make up classes must be scheduled within the current month and are subject to current class availability. If a class is full, and no one has cancelled in advance then we will be unable to accept a make up for that class. If you cannot make up your missed class within the current month, you will lose the class. Make up classes are limited to one make up per person, per month. There are no refunds, transfers, roll overs or credits for missed classes for any reason. Class ratios are very important to us; therefore, your cooperation in following our cancellation and make-up policy is greatly appreciated.
